After almost 20 months of successful use of the Pulsar M6 laser marking system in more than a hundred locations around the world, the manufacturer Murrplastik GmbH presents a new product in the line of laser devices - the Pulsar A6 automated laser marking system!
To automate the system, Murrplastik GmbH added a modular expansion unit, thereby significantly increasing productivity. Another advantage of this innovation is that errors during use are minimized, ensuring consistent quality regardless of the operator's work. Thanks to the new automation unit, the time-tested Pulsar laser marking system has turned into a completely autonomous unit that requires a minimum of intervention in its work. Pulsar A6 is able to easily cope with 100 marking plates (this is approximately 5,700 marking plates of the KS series) independently, without any additional operator intervention. This means that the efficiency of the staff, and, therefore, the efficiency of the enterprise, increases: Pulsar A6 works without requiring human attention.
According to the calculations of Murrplastik GmbH, the automation of the system makes the Pulsar A6 16 times more productive! Until now, the laser marking device required the presence and attention of the operator during the entire printing process. By adapting the existing model (2nd generation device), Murrplastik GmbH has achieved a high degree of flexibility for the user, since the Pulsar A6 can work not only in offline mode, but also, if necessary, the operator can continue to use the device manually. Pulsar A6 has adopted all the advantages of the Pulsar M6 system, supplementing them with automated work.
Pulsar M6 Base Unit
Pulsar M6 can be used to create wear-resistant labels of high quality and on a wide range of base materials. Pulsar M6 is one of the best laser marking systems, because it combines high power output, ease of use, plug & play technology, low cost, as well as minimal operating costs. Pulsar is the perfect labeling system for medium-sized companies with an average or high volume of label production. The system allows you to apply an image on identification plates made of metal and plastic for marking wires and individual cores, terminals, control panels and signaling equipment, switchgear, multimedia devices, etc.
Durability of marking
The image applied using the Pulsar A6 and Pulsar M6 systems is characterized by a high degree of wear resistance and durability due to a chemical reaction - carbonation (an increase in the carbon content in the material of the marking plate). This ensures a very high strength of application: the labels become 100% resistant and durable, like an etched inscription, but this effect is achieved without any mechanical loads on the labels. The marking is resistant to damage from external factors, such as oil, gas, moisture, technical liquids, as well as UV radiation.
The technical component of Pulsar systems is a 6-watt solid-state laser unit. The laser beam is controlled by a number of mirrors, which makes the marking extremely fine and accurate, which is important when applying small fonts and graphics. Using the Pulsar marking system allows you to get a universal and material-saving label made of stainless steel, anodized aluminum, polycarbonate or polypropylene.
"Plug & play" technology
Replacing cartridges, removing and cleaning print heads are a thing of the past with the advent of the Pulsar marking laser. After connecting to the power grid, the system is ready for use in 25 seconds. The transition of the marking head from label to label is extremely fast. The operator can adjust the marking speed and density according to his requirement.
Excellent price-quality ratio
Within the framework of the price-quality ratio, the Pulsar laser marker is one of the best in its class. This is achieved due to low costs compared to other marking systems: it does not require a two-layer marking material, like most laser and engraving devices, and the absence of ink or toner consumption qualitatively distinguishes it from printing systems (HP, thermal transfer or inkjet). Pulsar performance - up to 10,000 labels per hour!
Software
The Pulsar system is controlled through the" operating system " of Murrplastik GmbH-ACS, which is intuitive, reliable and easy to use and has proven this more than once. The user has at his disposal all the numbers, icons, logos and a variety of fonts necessary for work. The ACS system also allows you to import data from various CAD systems.
Safety of use
Pulsar meets the strict requirements of Class 1 laser equipment. This means that no special precautions or installation location are required to work with the system. The materials from Murrplastik used for marking also do not have harmful substances released during the image application process.
