Ramtron International Corp. is an American fabless company founded in 1984, a developer of specialized memory modules, microcontrollers and integrated semiconductor components. He is the author of the FRAM memory technology, which significantly exceeds the main parameters of the currently common memory modules. The company follows the established industry standard for pin assignment, which allows direct replacement of mass memory types (SRAM, Flash, EPROM/EEPROM) directly in the boards with improved performance, power consumption, reliability and resource of the final product.
